Initial inquiries are best submitted via email or the contact form on the website, including any questions about capabilities or lead times. Wino-cnc.com’s engineering team is responsive to requests for prototyping and sample approval before full production. For customers new to the process, you will need to work with a local freight forwarder that can take care of all of this – you will just need to supply the documentation (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List) all of which we will supply.
